From the very beginning stages of planning through the send-off at the close of your celebration, we work with you to plan and design your Mitzvah celebration. There are no limits to what we can create together.

We plan and design each and every Mitzvah according to this system to take the stress off of you. And the most amazing part is that you are not alone.

1. Get Real.

Getting real with your Mitzvah budget and your guest list is a must. These are two vital aspects to properly planning a Mitzvah. You simply cannot skip this and avoid the stress. We'll seriously discuss how much money there is for this event. Whether you have $20,000 or $2,000,000, there's NEVER enough, so we will help you customize your budget planner for this day. You will learn ways to get more "bang for your budget," no matter what the dollar figure is. Plus we will provide you with a guest list template to get realistic with the guest count. You absolutely cannot have a working budget without a realistic guest list. Do this right once and you're done!

We will get things started off on the right foot with our overall Mitzvah plan and our organizational process. This will allow you to understand what's truly involved in planning your dream Mitzvah and get focused on your priorities, then put it on paper. We will focus on one fabulous Mitzvah element at a time to get things done efficiently and effortlessly.

3. Get Inspired.

We will start out designing your Mitzvah with (what I call) your "tear out session. This will help you to figure out what you want (not just what others have told you), and then we'll discover your own inspirations that are right under your nose, and turn these into your Mitzvah theme. Usually, you can't even see what you want because you get in your own way. We'll be there to help you and guide you so that this will never happen. We will detail out all your Mitzvah inspirations, not just think about them. Then, your dreams will become reality right in front of your eyes as we translate your inspirations into your ideal theme!

4. Get Help.

You will never have to worry about selecting the best venue or the brightest vendors for your Mitzvah. We'll help match you to them from the very start. We will introduce you to vendors that not only match your budget, but also complement your personality and style. We'll only take you to vendors who we know, like and trust and who also have YOUR best interest at heart!

Feeling and looking fabulous means selecting your Mitzvah attire and accessories that make you feel exquisite and look fantastic both at services and at the party! We'll also help you with your hair and makeup where necessary to round out your overall beauty. It's not about the label or what's "hot"...it's about YOU and YOUR child. We will detail and distribute your Mitzvah day itinerary to every person on your team. They will know ahead of time what is expected of them, what they are providing for your day and when we expect them. You will be able to envision how this will all come together beautifully, and then trust that we will orchestrate and choreograph every single detail. We will manage and direct while you relax, enjoy and become present at your child's Bar/Bat Mitzvah.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah Countdown

Do you enjoy planning your child's Mitzvah on your own, but just need help managing your vendors on that day?

Do you want to make sure that nothing has slipped through the cracks in planning for your Child's big day?

Do you want a Mitzvah timeline to help you coordinate your vendors, and your party?

This package includes managing your Mitzvah day from start to finish. We will coordinate all of your vendors for the entire day, so as to help you and your family relax, enjoy and be present in every aspect of this day!

Approximately 3 (three) months prior to your Mitzvah, you would meet for a 2 (two) hour consultation (sometimes this appointment takes less time) with one of our fabulous planners to discuss everything that will happen on your Mitzvah day, construct an event timeline and get all of the contact information and copies of vendor contracts from you. We request the contracts so that we know what you are paying for and what you expect from each person working your wedding. This way we can also see what may be missing and help you to make all necessary adjustments,

From that point forward we would "take over" as far as following up with vendors on all of your details to make sure that no detail has fallen through the cracks. In addition, all vendors will be given the details of the day knowing when to show up and what to expect throughout this special day. This way you can enjoy the month leading up to your Childs' Mitzvah instead of being overwhelmed with so many follow-up phone calls and details.

In addition, this includes one (1) on-site manager/coordinator throughout your the day (up to 8 hours). We will coordinate all vendors and services for your reception to keep the flow of the event consistent and enjoyable for all.

At the end of the evening, we will make sure that all gifts are secured and collect any extra personal items so that your parents, family members and friends do not have to stay around for hours to clean up after the party ends.

In this Mitzvah Countdown package, you will receive all of the following elements to accommodate your needs.
  • 2 face-to-face meetings: the first meeting would be to determine all the things that have been done and still need to be done and the 2nd meeting to finalize and wrap up all elements of the event (up to 6 hours)
  • Detailed and informative timeline/itinerary for the Mitzvah day
  • Timeline distribution to all vendors prior to the event
  • Final vendor confirmations/follow-up
  • Oversee and manage day of installation (within limited management time of 8 hours)
  • On-site day of management (8 hours of consecutive time)
  • Determine the need for and number of assistants needed, they will be billed and paid for separately at a special "Eventures" exclusive rate
  • Coordinate, manage and trouble-shoot on your event day
  • Collect and secure all gifts and keepsakes at the end of the reception
